头面部之较深部位金属性异物,特别是颞下窝或翼颚窝异物,病人如无临床症状,多未作任何处理,故文献报导甚少。一九五七年彭氏等报导三例。我院从一九七二~一九七七年五年中,所遇爆炸伤后颞下窝之金属性异物二例,摘除手术途径有所改进,今介绍如下。供同道参考指教。病例报告例一:赵××,男性,28岁,农民,住院号155028,一九七二年七月十七日因左面部炸伤一月入院。现病史:一九七二年六月十六日打火药枪,因枪筒爆炸,后塞坐打入左面部,当时局部炸伤出血,但神智清醒。即送县医院,住院期间,有时暂时性昏迷,
