目的 探讨视网膜循环时间 ( RCT)与视网膜静脉阻塞 ( RVO)分型的关系 .方法 对 5 3例 ( 5 3眼 )有视网膜动脉硬化的 RVO患者 ,按眼底荧光血管造影 ( FFA)确定的 RCT分型 .将 >5 s的定为缺血型 ( HR) ,其中视网膜中央静脉阻塞( CRVO) 13例和分支静脉阻塞 ( BRVO) 13例 ,≤ 5 s的定为郁滞型 ( VSR) ,其中 CRVO17例和 BRVO10例 .结果 CRVO和 BRVO中 HR的 RCT均有明显延长 ( P<0 .0 1) ;与对照组比较 ,CRVO和 BRVO中 HR,VSR的 RCT明显延长 ( P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) .结论 以 RCT进行 RVO的分型方法 ,简单明确 .对 RVO的早期治疗和判断预后具有重要的临床价值
Objective To investigate the relationship between retinal circulation time (RCT) and retinal vein occlusion (RVO) classification.Methods Fifty-three RVO patients with retinal atherosclerosis were enrolled in this study. The RCT scores determined by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) (5 cases) .13 cases of CRVO and 13 cases of branch vein occlusion (BRVO) were classified as stasis type (VSR) CRVO17 cases and BRVO10 cases.Results HR of CRVO and BRVO RCT were significantly longer (P <0. 01); compared with the control group, CRVO and BRVO HR, VSR RCT was significantly longer (P <0. 05 ~ 0 .0 1) .Conclusion The classification of RVO by RCT is simple and clear, which has important clinical value for the early treatment of RVO and the prognosis of RVO
