介绍了小型化高重频声光Q开关DPL研制过程中的一些实验进展和相关产品样机。实验中,通过参数的优化选择,在激光二极管的泵浦峰值功率5 W,重复频率2500Hz下得到脉冲能量为81.5μJ,脉冲宽度约为7.4ns的激光输出,此时激光器的峰值功率为11kW,光光转换效率14%,光束质量因子M2约为2.1。
This paper introduces some experimental progress and related product prototypes in the development of miniaturized high repetition rate acousto-optic Q-switch DPL. In the experiment, the laser output with pulse energy of 81.5μJ and pulse width of 7.4ns was obtained by optimizing the parameters of the laser diode at the pump peak power of 5 W and the repetition frequency of 2500 Hz. At this time, the peak power of the laser was 11 kW, Light conversion efficiency of 14%, beam quality factor M2 is about 2.1.
