目的探讨麻杏石甘汤的药理功效。方法以大鼠为研究对象,按随机数字表法实验组[给予麻杏石甘汤(4.0 ml/kg)灌胃]和对照组[给予0.9%氯化钠注射液(4.0 ml/kg)灌胃],比较两组老鼠给药后的体温、耳壳肿胀程度、咳嗽情况、存活情况。结果给药5 h后,实验组SD大鼠的体温明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组小白鼠的耳壳重(2.4±0.6)g,明显低于对照组的(4.0±1.0)g,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.0724,P<0.05);实验组小白鼠的咳嗽潜伏期明显长于对照组,3 min内的咳嗽次数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组小白鼠的流感病毒感染和副流感病毒感染的病死率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤具有良好的解热、抗炎、镇咳、抗病毒等功效,可为临床疾病的治疗提供一定参考。
Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of Maxing Shigan Decoction. Methods The rats were used as experimental subjects. The rats were randomly divided into the experimental group [given Maxingshigan Decoction (4.0 ml / kg) and the control group [0.9% sodium chloride injection Stomach], compared the body temperature after the administration of two groups of mice, ear swelling, cough, and survival. Results After 5 h of administration, the body temperature of SD rats in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The auricle weight of mice in experimental group (2.4 ± 0.6) g was significantly lower than that of control (4.0 ± 1.0) g, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.0724, P <0.05). The cough latency of the mice in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group, and the number of coughs in the experimental group was less than that in the control group (All P <0.05). The mortality rates of influenza virus and parainfluenza virus infection in mice in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Maxingshigan Decoction has a good antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antitussive, anti-virus and other effects, which can provide some reference for the treatment of clinical diseases.
