利用多弧离子镀技术在1Cr18Ni9Ti表面沉积Ti、TiN、Zr、ZrN、ZrN+TiN等涂层,并对涂层进行化学钝化和高温扩散等后续处理,然后分别在不同浓度的HCl、H_2SO_4溶液中作了腐蚀速率、腐蚀电流的测定,用扫描电镜观察了涂层腐蚀后的表面形貌,并对Ti系、Zr系涂层的耐蚀性及失效形式进行了分析.
The coatings of Ti, TiN, Zr, ZrN and ZrN + TiN were deposited on the surface of 1Cr18Ni9Ti by multi-arc ion plating technique. The coatings were further treated by chemical passivation and high temperature diffusion, and then treated with different concentrations of HCl and H 2 SO 4 solution The corrosion rate and corrosion current were measured. The surface morphology of the coating after corrosion was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The corrosion resistance and failure modes of Ti-based and Zr-based coatings were also analyzed.
