针对水能利用提高率考核水电站调度管理水平中存在的片面性和季调节能力以下电站考核水位原有取定方法的缺陷,增加了理论电量完成率考核指标,提出了季调节能力以下电站考核水位根据来水丰枯级别采用分级系数进行动态设定的改进方法。实例计算表明,新考核指标及计算方法实现了对电站调度工作已取得成就和可开发潜力的综合评价,对实际生产具有较高的指导意义。
In view of the improvement rate of water energy utilization rate of hydropower station scheduling management level of the one-sidedness and seasonality adjustment ability of the following water station assessment methods to determine the existing defects, increase the theoretical rate of completion rate assessment index proposed quarterly adjustment capacity of the following assessment of water level based on Faucet water level grading coefficient of dynamic set improvement method. The case study shows that the new assessment index and calculation method have achieved the comprehensive evaluation of the achievements and exploitable potentials of the dispatching work of the power station, which is of high guiding significance for actual production.
