在我公司发动机批生产中,多次发现某些高温合金制造的零件,在工序间或最终热处理后,表面产生了腐蚀缺陷。腐蚀的形态多呈麻坑或虫蛀状。多次成批报废。 为找出产生腐蚀的原因,进而排除这类故障,我们进行了一系列故障再现试验。 一、故障分析及试验方案的选择 据分析,产生腐蚀故障可能与下列因素有关: 1.供货钢厂生产管理不善,板材表面被碱、酸等污物沾污。 2.钢厂在热处理时,加热用煤气中含有少量煤焦油,喷在板面上形成污点。 3.零件加工、周转中沾染污物。 4.电解抛光时可能产生不均匀电解腐蚀。

Electrolytic polishing may have uneven electrolytic corrosion.
