141例急性脑梗塞采用不同的药物、不同途径往药行早期溶栓治疗，结果，颈动脉组与东菱克栓酶组疗效显著，优于静脉组（P＜0．05）。
141 cases of acute cerebral infarction with different drugs, different routes to the drug early thrombolytic therapy, the results, carotid artery and bolt group curative effect was significantly better than the vein group (P <0.05).
