氟铁云母是三八面体云母类矿物新种 ,属铁云母的富氟类似物。新矿物产于“姑苏城外”近郊苏州A型花岗岩上部氟铁云母分异岩中。矿物呈自形 -半自形板片状 ;铁黑色 ,半透明。密度 3.18g/cm3(实测 )和 3.2 3g/cm3(计算 )。二轴负晶 ;钠光下测得折光率 :Ng =Nm =1.648,Np =1.596;2V(实测 )≈ 0° ,2V(计算 ) =0° ;Y =b =Nm。矿物多色性强 :Ng棕褐色 ,Nm暗绿色 ,Np浅棕色。由电子探针、湿法和原子吸收分析等手段提供的氟铁云母化学成分均值(wB% ) :SiO2 34 .12 ,Al2 O313.89,FeO 2 6.19,Fe2 O37.86,MgO 1.4 9,MnO 0 .68,Li2 O 0 .4 7,TiO21.2 9,ZnO 0 .2 7,NiO 0 .0 1,K2 O 8.73,Na2 O 0 .19,Rb2 O 0 .4 2 ,CaO 0 .0 2 ,BaO 0 .4 4 ,SrO 0 .0 1,H2 O+0 .91,F 3.91,Cl痕量 ,S 0 .0 0 ,O =F 1.65,总量 99.2 5。按O +OH +F +Cl+S =12及四面体阳离子数之和为 4计算的氟铁云母经验化学式为 :(K0 .92 Na0 .0 3 Rb0 .0 2 Ba0 .0 1) 0 .98(Fe2 +1.82 Fe3+0 .4 9Al0 .19Mg0 .18Li0 .16Ti0 .0 8Mn0 .0 5Zn0 .0 2 ) 2 .99(Al1.17Si2 .83) 4 .0 0 O10 (F1.0 3OH0 .50 O0 .4 7) 2 .0 0 。其理想化学式为 :KFe2 +3 AlSi3O10 F2 。氟铁云母属单斜晶系 1M型 ,空间群C2 /m。晶胞参数 :a =0 .5369( 8)nm、b =0 .92 89( 3)nm、
Ferroferric mica is a new species of octaoctahedral mica minerals, which are iron-rich mica micaceous analogues.
