为了探究不同剂量~(60)Co-γ辐射对三叶草种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,试验选取三叶草种子进行300,600,900,1 200,1 500 Gy~(60)Co-γ辐射处理,研究辐射剂量对种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长和芽长以及苗期的出苗率、成苗率、株高和叶面积的影响。结果表明:在0~1 500 Gy时,辐射只是延缓了种子的萌发,不影响最终的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数;随着辐射剂量的增加,对芽苗的芽长和主根长度抑制作用增强;辐射均抑制种子的出苗率、成苗率和株高,并随辐射剂量的增大而呈下降的变化趋势,幼苗叶片的叶面积随辐射剂量的增加呈先上升后下降趋势,900 Gy处理时平均叶面积最大;以辐射剂量对种子的成苗率影响初步确定三叶草种子的半致死剂量为792 Gy。
