目的 检测结肠上皮异型增生的形态计量指标 ,探讨其在诊断学中的应用。 方法 应用图像分析技术对 5 3例结肠癌、30例结肠腺瘤及 10例正常肠粘膜进行细胞核 8项参数的测定。 结果 多数参数在各组间差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,其中核面积、核最大宽径、平均光密度是判别结肠癌变的最佳参数 ,由此建立的判别函数回代符合率达 82 .95 %。 结论 应用图像分析技术对结肠癌前病变及癌病变进行形态计量分析 ,可作为鉴别诊断中的重要参考依据。
Objective To detect the morphometric index of colonic epithelial dysplasia and to explore its application in the diagnosis. Methods The image analysis technique was used to determine 8 parameters of nucleus in 53 cases of colon cancer, 30 cases of colon adenoma and 10 cases of normal intestinal mucosa. Results Most of the parameters had significant differences among the groups (P <0.01). The nuclear area, the largest diameter of the nucleus and the average optical density were the best parameters for discriminating colon canceration. The discriminant functions established by this method were fitted back to coincidence Rate of 82.95%. Conclusion The morphometric analysis of precancerous lesion and cancerous lesions of colon cancer using image analysis technique can be used as an important reference in differential diagnosis.
