本文在通过对现有人力资源价值计量模式研究的基础上,指出了现有人力资源价值计量的缺陷,而后从人力资源群体价值和人力资源个体价值两个方面来探讨人力资源价值计量模型。
Based on the study of the existing human resources value measurement model, this paper points out the defects of the existing human resource value measurement, and then discusses the human resource value measurement model from two aspects of human resource group value and human resource individual value.
