现场总线已逐渐成为世界自动化技术的发展趋势和热点,在飞行模拟器中也得到了广泛的应用。根据多年开发飞行模拟器座舱采集系统的经验,首次将WAGO现场总线应用于飞行模拟器的座舱采集与控制系统中,针对WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750系列模块,采用EtherCAT协议,设计了模拟量和开关量输入输出的连接电路,重点解决了Twincat软件结合Wago的现场总线通讯,简化了操作和编程,使座舱采集系统具有模块化、标准化、安全可靠的特点,更降低了成本,为飞行模拟器的座舱采集与控制提供了一种新方法、新思路。
