目前国内高速铁路轨道基准网平面建网仍采用德国推荐的方法进行测量,存在作业效率低、劳动强度大、测量精度受作业人员操作影响等问题,本文针对德国单线建网方法的不足,提出了双线整网测量轨道基准网的方法,并对两种观测方法的成果数据进行比较,证明双线整网测量轨道基准网的方法不仅可满足精度要求,还能提高作业效率,更适合我国高速铁路施工测量的实际情况。此外,采用双线整网测量的轨道基准网平面网数据,对轨道控制网观测时所构的网形规则、对称,可将其作为轨道控制网平面网的复测成果使用,大大提高了现场作业的效率。
