目的:分析某部官兵2006-2015年伤病残的发生情况及特点,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法:选择火箭军某全训部队因伤病致残官兵93例,查阅军残人员登记表、军人残疾等级评定表、医学鉴定报告及原始病历等资料,对伤病发生的时间、地点及原因,致残部位与性质、残疾等级等评残基本情况进行统计分析。结果:残疾官兵中93例中,因伤致残60例(64.5%),因病致残33例(35.5%);因伤致残比例显著高于因病致残(P<0.05)。因伤致残60例中,因军事训练伤致残42例(70.0%),因非军事训练伤致残18例(30.0%);军事训练伤致残比例非常显著高于非军事训练伤致残(P<0.01)。残疾官兵伤病多集中于入伍后两年内;残疾等级以8~10级居多,占90.0%;病残等级以6级居多,占90.9%。结论:某部官兵伤病残发生时军龄偏低,伤残以军事训练伤为主,应采取相应防治措施。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the occurrence and characteristics of injuries and disabilities of officers and men of a certain department from 2006 to 2015, and provide the basis for making prevention and treatment strategies. Methods: Ninety-three cases of military officers and soldiers of a full-fledged training unit of the rocket army who were disabled due to injuries or injuries were selected. The registration records of military personnel, the assessment scale of military disability, medical appraisal reports and the original medical records were selected to analyze the time, place and reason of the injuries , The location and nature of the disabled, disability rating and other basic conditions of disability for statistical analysis. Results: Of the 93 disabled officers and soldiers, 60 (64.5%) were disabled due to injury and 33 (35.5%) were disabled due to illness. The proportion of disability due to injury was significantly higher than that of disability (P <0.05). In the 60 cases of disability caused by injury, 42 cases (70.0%) were disability due to military training injuries, 18 cases (30.0%) were disabled due to non-military training injuries, and the proportion of disability in military training injuries was significantly higher than that of non-military training injuries Residual (P <0.01). Most of the officers and men with disabilities were mainly involved in injuries within two years after being enlisted; the majority of disability ranks with 8 to 10 levels, accounting for 90.0%; the majority of disability ranks with 6 levels, accounting for 90.9%. CONCLUSION: When a soldier is injured or disabled, the military age is low and the disabled is mainly trained in military training. Corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken.
