真空技术在国民经济各个领域中得到了广泛的应用。近年来,这一工程技术在现代养牛机械中的应用也越来越多。真空泵是养牛机械中提供真空的主要设备,挤奶系统利用真空进行机械挤奶、清洗奶管和奶杯、摘卸挤奶器、控制喂饲设备阀门的开启及畜栏门的开关等。现将真空技术在养牛机械中的应用简述如下: 一、真空挤奶系统真空挤奶机械系统如图1所示,其工作过程如下:真空泵1经稳压罐2获得稳定的真空,并在真空调节器4的控制下,使真空管道中的真空度保持在320～400毫米汞柱之间,最后经真空管8控制各个挤奶器11的工作部件进行真空挤奶。
