以上海市静安区某街道社区卫生服务中心迁建工程为例,在设计过程中,从改善结构体系的角度出发,采取增设屈曲约束支撑的方法,提高结构的整体抗震性能。该方法显著提高结构的抗侧刚度,使结构满足现行规范对于层间位移角的要求;通过调节支撑的数量、截面,改善各层刚度比,改善结构的竖向不规则;同时,可有效减小框架梁柱所承担的地震作用,较大程度地减少混凝土梁柱的加固,减少施工周期及加固造价。
Taking the relocation project of a street community health service center in Jing’an District of Shanghai as an example, in the design process, from the perspective of improving the structural system, an additional buckling restraint support method is adopted to improve the overall seismic performance of the structure. The method can significantly improve the lateral rigidity of the structure and make the structure meet the requirements of the existing code for the displacement angle of the layer. The number and the cross section of the support can be adjusted to improve the stiffness ratio of each layer so as to improve the vertical irregularity of the structure. Meanwhile, The seismic effect of the small frame beam and column reduces the reinforcement of concrete beam and column to a great extent and reduces the construction period and the cost of reinforcement.
