采用透射电镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射技术(XRD)对对Sol-gel法制得的纳米氧化铝粉体的微观精细结构进行了研究.研究结果表明,氧化铝凝胶粉体经热处理,在20℃、800℃、1200 ℃和1300℃时其微观结构经历了由毛虫型结构-针状结构-球形-哑铃型结构的转变,其中毛虫结构是由直径5nm左右的线性物质交织在一起构成.
The microstructure and fine structure of nano-alumina powder prepared by Sol-gel method were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the microstructure of the alumina gel powder undergoes the transformation from the caterpillar type structure to the acicular shape to the dumbbell shape at 20 ℃, 800 ℃, 1200 ℃ and 1300 ℃. Among them, caterpillar The structure is made up of intertwined linear masses of about 5 nm in diameter.
