目的:研究尤瑞克林注射液对急性脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素(ET)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)影响。方法:急性脑梗塞患者48例,随机分为治疗组及对照组(常规治疗)。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用尤瑞克林注射液。用放射免疫法检测患者治疗第1天、第7天血浆中内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的含量,并对两组患者治疗前后进行美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组血浆ET水平及NIHSS均较对照组有明显下降(P<0.05),CGRP升高较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:尤瑞克林能显著降低急性脑梗塞患者血浆ET及升高CGRP的含量,改善血管内皮功能,降低神经功能缺损程度。
Objective: To study the effect of uracil injection on plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (conventional treatment). Treatment group based on conventional treatment plus uracil injection. The levels of endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide in plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay on day 1 and day 7, and the neurological impairment scores of the National Institutes of Health in both groups were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: The levels of plasma ET and NIHSS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the levels of CGRP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yreklin can significantly reduce the level of ET and CGRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction, improve endothelial function and reduce the degree of neurological deficits.
