目的研究均质器在一次性卫生用品检验中的应用。方法采用生理盐水稀释法与均质器处理法,进行一次性卫生用品细菌定量检验,以评价均质器的应用效果。结果在检样含菌量高于103cfu/g情况下,采用均质器处理法检测出细菌数比生理盐水稀释法检测更接近实际菌数,两种方法的检测结果有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着检样中含菌量的增加,生理盐水稀释法的检测结果较实际含菌量明显偏低。结论在一次性卫生用品染菌量检测中,采用均质器处理法检出菌数更接近实际含菌量。
Objective To study the application of homogenizer in disposable hygienic product testing. Methods The physiological saline dilution method and homogenizer treatment method were used to carry out the one-time bacterial health checkup to evaluate the application effect of the homogenizer. Results When the content of bacteria in the sample was higher than 103 cfu / g, the number of bacteria detected by the homogenizer method was closer to the actual number of bacteria than that of the physiological saline dilution method. The detection results of the two methods were statistically significant (P <0.01). With the increase of bacteria in the sample, the test result of physiological saline dilution method is obviously lower than the actual bacteria content. Conclusion In the detection of disposable bacterial contamination, the number of bacteria detected by the homogenizer was closer to the actual bacteria content.
