运用被动吸烟、饮酒、吸烟饮酒三种方法对胎萎不长(胎儿宫内发育迟缓)动物模型的建立进行了对比研究。三种模型的全血粘度(高切、低切)均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);聚集指数与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01);血浆粘度烟酒组与烟组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);红细胞变形能力IF,三组模型动物均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);烟、酒组各指标无差异(P>0.05)。对照组胎萎不长发生率为3.3%,烟酒组为51.0%,烟组42.8%,酒组40.2%。
Using passive smoking, alcohol drinking, smoking and drinking three methods of fetal wilting (fetal intrauterine growth retardation) animal models were compared. The whole blood viscosity (high and low cut) of the three models were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The aggregation index was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The erythrocyte deformability was significantly lower in IF and three groups of animals than in control group (P <0.01) > 0.05). In the control group, the rate of infancy was 3.3%, that of alcoholic tobacco was 51.0%, that of smoke was 42.8%, and that of alcohol was 40.2%.
