教师的自主发展是教师专业发展的核心,也是学校教师发展制度建设追求的最高目标,而保障机制是教师自主发展的重要保证。文章采用问卷法对教师自主发展保障机制的现状进行调查,发现教师自主发展保障机制存在许多亟待解决的问题。从观念、管理模式、实践操作三个方面进行原因分析,提出了相应的改善措施,目的是为了让中小学教师增强自主发展的意识和能力。
The independent development of teachers is the core of teachers’ professional development. It is also the highest goal of the development of school teachers’ development system. And the guarantee mechanism is an important guarantee for teachers’ autonomous development. This paper investigates the status quo of teachers’ self-development protection mechanism by using the questionnaire method and finds that there are many problems to be solved urgently for teachers to develop their own guarantee mechanisms. From the concept, management mode, the practical operation of the three aspects of the reasons for analysis, put forward the corresponding improvement measures, the purpose is to enable primary and secondary teachers to enhance self-development awareness and ability.
