随着社会经济的发展,越来越多的服务企业走向国际市场,国际服务质量研究正成为一个新的热点。本文从理论的角度分析了在国际服务市场顾客感知质量的影响因素,并研究了顾客感知质量与顾客满意的关系,最后提出了服务企业增强顾客满意、提高国际竞争力的对策和方法。
With the development of society and economy, more and more service enterprises are going to the international market, and the research of international service quality is becoming a new hot spot. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of customer perceived quality in international service market from the theoretical point of view, studies the relationship between customer perceived quality and customer satisfaction, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and methods for service enterprises to enhance customer satisfaction and enhance their international competitiveness.
