关注每一个学生,为了每一个学生的发展,成为新课程改革的核心理念,这也是治校的宗旨之一。一般学校生源程序不一,参差不齐,这便为学校教学工作带来了极大的困难。面对这一情况,采用“培优帮困”的教学措施势在必行。“培养优等生,帮助待进生”以此全面提升学生的基本素质,尊重学生的主体性,开发学生的内在潜力。但“培养优等生,帮助待进生”教学工作中,同行们往往更注重培养优等生,而忽略帮助待进生。下面本人从作文辅导“待进生”教学中谈点个人的体会和看法。
