六味地黄丸中丹皮的质量研究

本文以不同种丹皮为对照,对六味地黄丸的原料药丹皮进行了鉴定;用无水乙醇提取、薄层扫描法测定了丹皮药材及六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量。本法与水蒸汽蒸馏-紫外分光光度法,醇浸出-紫外分光光度法作了比较,排除了杂质干扰,结果准确可靠。 In this paper, Dan Xipi was used as the control to identify the raw materials of Liuwei Dihuang Pill. The content of paeonol in Danpi herbs and Liuwei Dihuang Pill was determined by absolute ethanol extraction and thin-layer scanning. This method was compared with steam distillation-ultraviolet spectrophotometry, alcohol leaching-ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and impurity interference was ruled out. The result was accurate and reliable.
