本文报告55例颅后窝肿瘤的 CT 所见。其中绝大多数神经纤维瘤和脑膜瘤显示为均匀的高密度病变,两者之间除肿瘤部位外很少差异。星形细胞瘤和血管网状细胞瘤呈囊状低密度区,仅后者伴更明显的高密度结节或在低密度区周围形成高密度的环,偶见多发病灶。胆脂瘤 CT 值接近于脑脊液,外形可不规则但境界均较清晰。胶质细胞瘤类的恶性度低者趋向低密度病变,恶性度高者倾向高密度病变 This article reports 55 cases of posterior fossa tumors CT seen. The vast majority of neurofibroma and meningioma showed uniform high-density lesions, with little difference between the two parts except the tumor site. Astrocytoma and vascular reticular cell tumor cystic low density area, only the latter with more obvious high-density nodules or in the low-density area around the formation of high-density ring, occasionally multiple lesions. Cholesteatoma CT value close to cerebrospinal fluid, the shape can be irregular but the realm is more clear. Glioblastoma low malignancy tends to low-density lesions, the higher the degree of malignancy tends to high-density lesions
