目的：通过总结应用针头镜诊断和治疗妇科患者11例的经验，旨在进一步评估针头镜在妇科手术中应用的前景。对象和方法：自1996年8月～1997年4月共行针头镜妇科手术11例，平均年龄25岁（21-39岁）；术前诊断：宫外孕4例，下腹痛3例，卵巢囊肿剥离2例，子宫内膜异位症2例。结果：手术时间平均40min（10-70min）。11例针头镜手术中，无中转剖腹，无术中及术后并发症。平均住院日为3d。结论：针头镜手术创伤更小，患者恢复快，在妇科疾病的诊断和治疗方面将有很大的发展前途，值得临床应用和推广。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of using needle mirrors to diagnose and treat gynecological patients, and to further evaluate the prospective of the application of needle mirrors in gynecological surgery. Subjects and Methods: From August 1996 to April 1997, 11 cases of needle-point gynecology were performed with a mean age of 25 years (21-39 years). Preoperative diagnosis included 4 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 3 cases of lower abdominal pain, 2 cases, 2 cases of endometriosis. Results: The average operation time was 40min (10-70min). 11 cases of needle mirror surgery, no transit laparotomy, no intraoperative and postoperative complications. The average length of stay is 3d. Conclusion: The trauma of needle-lens surgery is smaller and the patient resumes faster. It will have great development prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
