目的探讨开搏通与硝苯地平对高血压左室肥厚的逆转及心功能的改善效果。方法服用开搏通片12.5～25mg,3次/d,硝苯地平片5～10mg,3次/d,每天测卧位血压1次,连续测3天,取其平均值,服药2-4周后进行临床分析。结果收缩压(SBP)由治疗前平均(23.5±1.60)kpa下降至(12.2±1.8)kpa,P<0.05;平均动脉压(MAP)由(16.1±0.8)kpa下降至(14.1±0.9)kpa,P<0.01。结论开搏通与硝苯地平治疗高血压病在降低血压的同时,使左室肥厚发生逆转,能明显减少RWT,说明逆转向心性肥厚较好,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the reversal of cardioprotection and the improvement of left ventricular hypertrophy induced by Captopril and nifedipine in hypertensive patients. Methods Caifei tablets 12.5 ~ 25mg, 3 times / d, nifedipine tablets 5 ~ 10mg, 3 times / d, measured daily supine blood pressure, continuous measurement of 3 days, whichever average, taking 2-4 Week after clinical analysis. Results SBP decreased from (23.5 ± 1.60) kpa to (12.2 ± 1.8) kpa, P <0.05 before treatment; mean arterial pressure (MAP) decreased from (16.1 ± 0.8) kpa to (14.1 ± 0.9) kpa , P <0.01. Conclusions Camptosopin and nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension can reduce left ventricular hypertrophy and reduce RWT at the same time of lowering blood pressure, indicating that reversing concentric hypertrophy is worthy of clinical application.
