汉防己甲素是一种具有解热、镇痛和降压等多种药理作用的双苄基异喹啉类生物碱,近年发现对矽肺的防治有较好的效果。为探讨其作用机制,在大鼠体内研究了其生物转化。将汉防己甲素精制品以200mg/kg的剂量灌胃后,收集48小时尿粪并剖取肝脏。将尿粪和肝的氯仿提取液浓缩后用薄层层析及高压液相层析方法进行分离鉴定。结果除原形药外,还检出去甲汉防己甲素及汉防己甲素氮氧化合物两种代谢物。由此似可认为汉防己
Tetrandrine is a bis-benzyl isoquinoline alkaloid with antipyretic, analgesic and antihypertensive effects.
