应用抗人单核细胞单克隆抗体 Leu3a,Leu5b,Leu2b,LeuM1,Leu9,Leu10,CD21,对54例胃癌和9例胃良性病变的胃局部引流淋巴结进行 ABC 免疫组化染色,原位观察淋巴结中单核细胞分布状况。胃癌局部引流淋巴结 B 区和 T 区有不同程度的增生,前者更明显。淋巴滤泡以第Ⅱ~Ⅲ期为主;T 小结以散在高内皮静脉和指突状网状细胞、T 辅助细胞聚集的第Ⅱ期 T 小结为多;区中激活 T数量较良性病变淋巴结中激活 T 数量少;转移灶中抑制 T 淋巴细胞数量增加,裸细胞数量无明显增加。
Anti-human monocyte monoclonal antibodies Leu3a, Leu5b, Leu2b, LeuM1, Leu9, Leu10, CD21 were used to perform ABC immunohistochemical staining on gastric lymph node in 54 cases of gastric cancer and 9 cases of gastric benign lesions. Monocyte distribution. Locally draining lymph nodes in gastric cancer have different degrees of hyperplasia in B-zone and T-zone, and the former is more obvious. Lymphoid follicles were mainly from stage II to stage III; T-junction was mostly stage II T nodules scattered in high endothelial venules and finger-like reticular cells and T helper cells; the number of active T in the area was more than that in benign lesions. The number of activated T was small; the number of suppressing T lymphocytes in metastasis increased, and the number of naked cells did not increase significantly.
