目的了解某医院放射防护效果,为控制职业病的发生及公众的受照剂量提供依据。方法根据《医用X射线诊断防护监测规范》的相关规定,采用现场调查、监测的方法对其结果进行评价。结果该院的放射防护管理措施基本符合相关要求,X射线摄影机、透视机、CT机机房的工作场所及周围环境的辐射剂量均低于国家标准的要求。结论该院所用的放射防护措施能有效控制职业症的发生和公众的受照剂量,并且在现有基础上还应注意保证仪器、技术路线均符合国家标准和规范的要求。
Objective To understand the radiation protection effect of a hospital and provide the basis for controlling the occurrence of occupational diseases and the public exposure dose. Methods According to the relevant provisions of “Medical X-ray Diagnostic and Monitoring Specifications”, the results were evaluated by on-site investigation and monitoring methods. Results The hospital’s radiation protection management measures basically meet the relevant requirements, X-ray cameras, fluoroscopy, CT machine room at the workplace and ambient radiation dose is lower than the national standard requirements. Conclusion The radiological protection measures used in this hospital can effectively control the occurrence of occupational diseases and public exposure to radiation, and on the existing basis, care should also be taken to ensure that instruments and technical routes conform to the requirements of national standards and norms.
