目的探索父母过敏史对新生儿脐血IgE和嗜酸性粒细胞及细胞因子水平的影响,为新生儿脐血细胞因子的筛查、监测及开展过敏性疾病的早期干预提供参考依据。方法以2012年7—12月就诊于义乌市妇幼保健院的136名孕妇为研究对象,采集新生儿脐血样本,检测IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞、IL-13、Eotaxin、IL-9、IL-6、IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ和IL-10,比较父母均有过敏史组、父母一方有过敏史组和父母无过敏史组3组间的差异。结果 3组人口社会学因素均衡(P>0.05)。3组新生儿脐血细胞因子中位数水平:IL-13(1.82、3.24和6.12 pg/mL)、Eotaxin(29.33、50.71和60.15 pg/mL)、IL-9(43.75、111.17和183.19 pg/mL)、IL6(11.49、19.35和26.09 pg/mL)、IL4(3.67、21.27和49.51 pg/mL)、IL-5(4.26、7.69和10.66 pg/mL)、IFN-γ(338.65、649.17和834.14 pg/mL)、IL-10(7.13、10.56和14.64 pg/mL),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论父母的过敏史对新生儿脐血细胞因子水平产生影响,要加强有过敏史父母的新生儿脐血细胞因子的筛查和监测,以利于开展过敏性疾病的早期干预。
Objective To explore the impact of parents’ history of allergy on IgE, eosinophils and cytokines in cord blood of neonates, and to provide a reference for the screening and monitoring of cord blood cytokines in neonates and the early intervention in developing allergic diseases. Methods Thirty-six pregnant women who visited Yiwu MCH hospital from July to December in 2012 were enrolled in this study. Cord blood samples were collected from neonates to detect IgE, eosinophils, IL-13, Eotaxin, IL-9 and IL- 6, IL-4, IL-5, IFN-γand IL-10 in the control group were higher than those in the parental group. Results The sociological factors of the three groups were balanced (P> 0.05). The median neonatal umbilical cord blood cytokine levels in the three groups were IL-13 (1.82, 3.24 and 6.12 pg / mL), Eotaxin (29.33, 50.71 and 60.15 pg / mL), IL-9 ), IL6 (11.49, 19.35 and 26.09 pg / mL), IL4 (3.67, 21.27 and 49.51 pg / mL), IL-5 (4.26,7.69 and 10.66 pg / / mL), IL-10 (7.13, 10.56 and 14.64 pg / mL), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The history of allergy in parents has an impact on the levels of cord blood cytokines in newborns. It is necessary to strengthen the screening and monitoring of neonatal cord blood cytokines in parents with allergies to facilitate the early intervention of allergic diseases.
