目的 :探讨听觉中潜伏期反应 (MLR)和脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)在评估聋哑儿童残余听功能中的互补作用。方法 :采用美国NicoletVikingIV型诱发电位仪 ,同时检测 4 9例 ( 98耳 )聋哑儿童MLR和BAEP。结果 :记录到 2 3例 ( 4 6耳 )MLR各波 ,除 2例 ( 3耳 )正常外 ,其余各Na、Pa波潜伏期延长 ,而BAEP检测仅有 4例 ( 4耳 )测得各波 ,且Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长。结论 :MLR有助于评估聋哑儿童低频范围内残余听觉信息 ,与BAEP合用 ,可互为补充 ,对聋哑儿童外周听敏度作出比较全面的评估
Objective: To explore the complementary effects of latent auditory response (MLR) and brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in assessing residual hearing function in deaf children. Methods: The United States NicoletVikingIV type evoked potentials, while detecting 49 cases (98 ears) of deaf children MLR and BAEP. Results: The MLR waves were recorded in 23 cases (46 ears) of MLR except for 2 cases (3 ears), while the latency of other Na and Pa waves was prolonged. Only 4 cases (4 ears) of BAEP detected each wave , And Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ wave latency extension. Conclusion: MLR can help to evaluate residual auditory information in the low-frequency range of deaf-mute children and can be used in combination with BAEP to make a comprehensive assessment of peripheral hearing sensitivity in deaf-mute children
