稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块具有质轻、保温隔热效果好、绿色环保等优点。通过试验得到同一配合比情况下的稻草纤维粉末混凝土空心砌块随稻草纤维粉末粒径大小、含量变化的热阻变化规律。研究表明,同一粒径下,热阻随稻草纤维含量的增加而增加,效果明显;同一含量下,热阻随稻草纤维粒径的减小而增加,影响较小。其中,稻草纤维粒径为0.150~0.180mm、含量为10%时砌块的热阻值最大,比未掺加稻草纤维粉末砌块的热阻高36%。
Straw fiber reinforced concrete hollow block has the advantages of light weight, good thermal insulation and environmental protection advantages. Through the experiment, the change law of the thermal resistance of straw fiber reinforced concrete powder hollow block with the same size and content of straw fiber powder was obtained. The results show that with the same particle size, the thermal resistance increases with the increase of the straw fiber content, and the effect is obvious. With the same content, the thermal resistance increases with the decrease of the particle size of the straw, with little effect. Among them, the straw fiber diameter of 0.150 ~ 0.180mm, the content of 10% block the largest thermal resistance value than the unbleached straw fiber powder block resistance of 36% higher.
