针对对焊钻杆热处理工艺实际操作中 ,人工调节中频电源功率进行加热存在温度不准、工艺不稳定的问题 ,研制了对焊钻杆热处理自动控制系统。系统的技术关键是根据红外线测温仪反馈的数值利用计算机自动调节中频电源功率 ,以达到需要的温度目标。简述了系统的功能与流程、硬件配置及结构、计算机控制系统软件的设计与开发。 360根对焊钻杆的热处理实际运行表明 ,系统的自动化程度很高 ,操作简单 ,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度 ,年利润可达 2 4 91万元。
In the actual operation of the heat treatment process of the butt-welded drill pipe, there is a problem that the temperature is not accurate and the process is unstable due to the manual adjustment of the power of the intermediate frequency power supply, and the automatic control system of the heat treatment of the welded pipe is developed. The key technical system is based on the value of infrared thermometer feedback using the computer automatically adjust the power frequency power to achieve the desired temperature target. The function and flow of the system, the hardware configuration and structure, the design and development of the computer control system software are described briefly. The actual operation of the heat treatment of the 360 butt-welded drill rods shows that the system has a high degree of automation and simple operation, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the workers, with an annual profit of up to 244.1 million yuan.
