销售人才是各行各业急于争抢的稀缺人才,这类人才往往能够将产品快速的销售出去,给企业带来了大量的经济利益。对于药品营销人才来说,面向的是广大患者,他们自身缺乏药理知识,又饱受疾病的困扰,在药物选择上面临着巨大的难题。学好药理学知识,为患者提供合适的药物,提高交易双方的满意度,这是药品营销专业教学的根本目的。本文将论述药品营销技能型人才培养的必要性,并针对当前教学中存在的问题提出相应的解决策略,以实现高校的人才培养目标。
Sales personnel are scarce talent in all walks of life eager to fight for the grab, these kinds of people are often able to quickly sell the product out to the enterprise has brought a lot of economic benefits. For drug marketing personnel, facing the majority of patients, their lack of pharmacological knowledge, but also suffering from diseases, the choice of drugs is facing a huge problem. Learning pharmacological knowledge, providing patients with appropriate drugs to improve the satisfaction of both parties to the transaction, which is the fundamental purpose of pharmaceutical marketing professional teaching. This article will discuss the necessity of cultivating skilled drug marketing personnel, and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the current teaching so as to achieve the goal of personnel training in colleges and universities.
