2009年3月23～27日,国家认证认可监督管理委员会委托工业和信息化部电子第四研究所举办“电子产品安全检测工程师培训(GB 4943)”。培训对象为承担我国强制性认证(GB 4943)的检测机构的工程师,培训主要围绕GB 4943—2001展开,涉及了安全基本原理、安全试验与检测、相关的安全关键元器件和材料的要求与试验、环境与机械危险的相关要求与试验等方面的内容,为从事3C检测的实验室提供了一个技术交流与沟通的平台。在培训过程中,参加培训的检测工程师根据自身在实施3C检测过程遇到的实际情况进行了交流与探讨,承办单位将工程师提出的问题进行了整理,以期对广大安全检测工程师有所裨益。
From March 23 to March 27, 2009, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China commissioned the Fourth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to hold the training of Electronic Product Safety Testing Engineer (GB 4943). The training target is an engineer of the testing institute that undertakes compulsory certification of China (GB 4943). The training mainly focuses on GB 4943-2001, which involves the basic principles of safety, safety testing and testing, the requirements and tests of relevant safety critical components and materials , Environmental and mechanical hazards related requirements and tests and other aspects of content for the 3C testing laboratory provides a platform for technology exchange and communication. During the training process, the testing engineers participating in the training conducted exchanges and discussions according to the actual situations encountered during the implementation of the 3C testing process. The organizers arranged the problems raised by the engineers in order to benefit the majority of safety testing engineers.
