心理素质是学生综合素质的关键组成部分,中职职业学校学生大部分都有其自己的心理素质缺陷性,比如自信心差、自卑感强等。对中职职业学校学生的这些心里特点及性格特点进行分析,并对赏识教育理论方法加以利用,往往可以事半功倍的提高中职学生综合素质,这对他们更好地适应社会发展是非常重要的。本文对中职学生的性格特性及心理特点、赏识教育的定义进行了论述,并尝试将赏识教育运用在中职教育教学之中,以期达到在教学中,提高中职学生的综合素质,更好的适应社会。
Psychological quality is a key component of the overall quality of students. Most of the students in vocational schools have their own psychological defects, such as poor self-confidence and strong sense of inferiority. The analysis of the psychological characteristics and personality traits of secondary vocational school students and the utilization of the theory of appreciation education can often improve the comprehensive qualities of secondary vocational students more effectively, which is very important for them to better adapt to the social development. This article discusses the characteristics of secondary vocational students and psychological characteristics, the definition of appreciation education, and try to appreciate the education in the teaching of secondary vocational education, in order to achieve the teaching, to improve the overall quality of secondary vocational students, better Adapt to society.
