为了揭示冠脉支架植入术中支架发生断裂的原因,研究支架承受脉搏疲劳载荷的弹塑性变形基本理论和耦合接触弯曲疲劳寿命,采用Roark应力应变方法,基于美国材料与实验学会ASTM(American Society for Testing and Materials)的F2477–07标准,提出了支架耦合扩张变形的弯曲疲劳寿命测试方法。研究支架耦合接触的血管模型建立的关键技术,提出脉搏载荷加速弯曲疲劳实验方法,重点研究了血管模型的建立、载荷定义、生理条件、测量方法、性能评价等关键技术。测试6种冠脉支架的弯曲疲劳寿命,分析支架在弯曲变形过程中发生断裂的原因,揭示了支架结构尺寸、力学性能和材料特性对其疲劳寿命影响的规律。
In order to reveal the cause of stent fracture during coronary stent implantation, the basic theory of elastic-plastic deformation of stent subjected to pulse fatigue load and the flexural fatigue life of coupled contact were studied. The Roark stress-strain method was used to calculate the fatigue life of stents under the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) for Testing and Materials) F2477-07 standard, proposed bending fatigue life test method of stent coupling expansion deformation. To study the key technique of vascular model of stent coupled contact, the experimental method of accelerating flexural fatigue by pulse load was put forward. The key technologies of vascular model establishment, load definition, physiological conditions, measurement methods and performance evaluation were mainly studied. The bending fatigue life of six kinds of coronary stents was tested. The reason of the fracture of the stent during the bending deformation was analyzed, and the influence of the size, mechanical properties and material properties of the stent on the fatigue life was revealed.
