本文导出了聚焦——偏转重叠场复合系统的相对论一级色差及相对论三级几何象差公式。其中各种象差已完全分离。本文也给出了比较简单的象差系数公式。这些结果有助于进行复合系统的分析与计算。本文所讨论的多极电——磁的偏转复合系统是由N对偏转器组成,其中每对偏转器是由沿Z轴位置相同,结构相似,方位角方向互相垂直的两个偏转器所组成。文章假设以一个公共的交变复信号输入到编转系统上,然后分别经过前置放大(衰减)电路,将各复激励信号输入到各对偏转器上,从而指出前面的各象差系数与高斯偏转无关。本文导出了多级电——磁的偏转复合系统中偏转象差的叠加公式
In this paper, the relativistic first-order chromatic aberration and relativistic third-order geometric aberration formulas are derived for the composite system of focal-deflection overlapping fields. All kinds of aberrations have been completely separated. This article also gives a simpler aberration coefficient formula. These results facilitate the analysis and calculation of complex systems. The multipolar electro-magnetic deflecting compound system discussed in this paper consists of N pairs of deflectors each of which is composed of two deflectors of the same position, similar in configuration and azimuthally perpendicular to each other along the Z axis . The article assumes that a common alternating signal is input to the editing system, and then through the pre-amplification (attenuation) circuit, the complex excitation signal is input to each pair of deflectors, indicating the front of the aberration coefficient and Gaussian deflection has nothing to do. In this paper, the superposition formula of deflection aberration in multi-level electro-magnetic deflecting composite system is derived
