曲面铲磨机是一种对大型水轮机叶轮表面补焊后进行修磨的设备。本文对其修磨原理、对液压系统的要求及液压系统的设计组成进行了说明，并对其周期进给的ＰＣ控制功能作了实际试验验证，进而指出其实际应用的可能性。
Curved surface shovel grinding machine is a large surface of the turbine wheel welding repair equipment. In this paper, the grinding principle, the requirements of the hydraulic system and the design of the hydraulic system are described. The PC control function of the periodic feed is validated by experiments, and the possibility of its practical application is pointed out.
