一、引言 精密铸造真空炉使用的母合金料锭是将钛、铝等活泼金属含量较高的合金在真空中熔解,精密地调整其各种成分的含量而浇成铸锭。然后,将这种料锭在精密铸造真空炉中迅速重熔,其合金成分保持不变,浇入失腊法制成的陶瓷铸模中。这样铸件就不需要再进行焊接和机械加工,因此,这是制造飞机和机械零部件的一种方法。 真空精密铸造不仅可以铸造镍基、铁基和钴基的高合金,还可以用于钛基合金的精密铸造。
I. INTRODUCTION The master alloy ingot used in the vacuum casting of precision casting is to melt the alloy with high content of active metals, such as titanium and aluminum in a vacuum, and adjust the contents of various components precisely to pour into the ingot. The ingot is then rapidly remelted in a precision cast vacuum furnace and the alloy composition remains unchanged and poured into a ceramic mold made of the lost wax method. This casting does not require further welding and machining, therefore, this is a method of manufacturing aircraft and mechanical components. Vacuum casting not only cast nickel-based, iron-based and cobalt-based high alloy, but also can be used for titanium-based alloy precision casting.
