目的对学校和托幼机构食堂餐饮器具的消毒效果进行监测分析。方法随机选取本市500所中小学校及105所托幼机构作为本次探究分析的对象,检测其食堂餐饮器具的消毒效果。结果 605所中小学及幼托管机构中,450(74.38%)所教育机构的消毒方式为蒸汽消毒柜消毒,而另155(25.62%)所机构的消毒方式为煮沸消毒。城市学校及幼托机构餐饮器具检测合格率为91.00%,乡镇合格率为76.00%,中小学餐饮器具检测合格率为92.27%,明显高于幼托机构的68.75%。结论为保证中小学生及幼儿的食品卫生安全,需要进一步加强监测及管理力度,严格保证学校食堂餐饮器具消毒处理的有效性。
Objective To monitor and analyze the disinfection effect of dining utensils in schools and kindergartens. Methods Randomly selected 500 primary and secondary schools and 105 child care institutions in this city as the object of this inquisition and analysis, to test the disinfection effect of their canteen dining utensils. Results Among the 605 primary and secondary care institutions, 450 (74.38%) were disinfected by steam sterilizers while the other 155 (74.38%) were disinfected by boiling sterilizers. The detection rate of catering apparatus in urban schools and kindergartens was 91.00%, that of townships was 76.00%, that of primary and middle schools was 92.27%, significantly higher than 68.75% of that of kindergartens. Conclusion To ensure food hygiene safety for primary and secondary students and young children, monitoring and management needs to be further strengthened to ensure the effectiveness of disinfection of dining utensils in schools and canteens.
