目前国内对日本电影审查和分级问题的研究,仅停留在对其分类等级的简单介绍,缺乏深入细致的研究文献。本文以日本电影审查和分级制度为研究点,在充分研究相关理论问题的基础上,立足原始文献,注重法律视角,通过典型研究和比较研究,历史主义地透视日本电影管制制度的发展历程,在比较的语境中思考中国现行的电影放映制度,希望能为建构有中国特色电影审查与分级制度提供一点思路。 At present, the research on the censorship and grading of cinemas in Japan is only based on a brief introduction of its classification level and lacks detailed and in-depth research literature. Based on the full research on the related theoretical issues, this thesis, based on the original literature and the legal perspective, studies the development of the Japanese cinema regulatory system through historical studies and comparative studies. In the context of comparison, we think about the current system of film screening in China and hope to provide some ideas for constructing a system of film censorship and classification with Chinese characteristics.
