为了弄清盐胁迫对水稻萌芽过程中的酶活性的影响,本试验对两个杂交水稻品种在萌芽过程中的发芽率、淀粉酶、超氧化物歧化酶、硝酸还原酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶6个指标在4个盐胁迫水平上的酶活性进行了7 d的测定。结果表明:1、两种水稻在相同的胁迫下的变化趋势较一致,但呈现出一定的种间差异;2、发芽率、淀粉酶和过氧化氢酶活性随盐胁迫浓度上升而显著地下降,随萌芽时间增加而上升;3、两个品种的超氧化物歧化酶、硝酸还原酶和过氧化物酶活性随萌芽时间有较大变化,在不同胁迫组间没有显著的差异。
In order to clarify the effect of salt stress on the enzyme activity during rice germination, the germination rate, amylase, superoxide dismutase, nitrate reductase, catalase, The enzyme activity of 6 indicators of peroxidase at 4 salt stress levels was measured for 7 days.
