对金银复合纳米颗粒的去极化光谱进行了理论计算和研究。研究结果表明:金银复合纳米颗粒去极化光谱具有单峰的特征。在不同能量光照下,其介电常数是不同的,所以其去极化光谱也是变化的,然而其峰值总是介于纯金和纯银纳米颗粒去极化峰值之间,并且随着金银复合纳米颗粒中银体积分数的增加,去极化峰位于449~268nm附近,即近乎线性蓝移,峰形为高斯型,半高宽在514~324nm范围内近乎线性的减小。这说明可以通过控制入射光的能量和金银的组分来可控的改变金-银复合纳米颗粒的去极化光谱。
The depolarization spectra of gold-silver composite nanoparticles were calculated theoretically and studied. The results show that the depolarization spectra of Au-Ag NPs have a single peak. In different energy light, the dielectric constant is different, so its depolarization spectra also vary, however, the peak is always between pure gold and pure silver nanoparticles depolarization peak, and with the gold and silver The increase of the volume fraction of silver in the composite nanoparticle, the depolarization peak located near 449 ~ 268nm, that is almost linear blue shift, the peak shape is Gaussian, the FWHM decreases linearly in the range of 514 ~ 324nm. This shows that the depolarization spectra of gold-silver composite nanoparticles can be controlled by controlling the energy of incident light and the composition of gold and silver.
