薪酬管理是人力资源管理专业的核心课程之一,对学生理论体系构建、专业素质积累、操作能力培养及未来实际工作开展,具有举足轻重的作用。为了有效破解薪酬管理教学中存在的教学方法单一、教学实践不足、课后跟踪反馈机制不健全等当前课程教学中存在的主要问题,本文结合薪酬管理课程的教学实践,设计调查问卷,并通过发放、回收、整理、分析问卷,提出从教学内容、教学方法、教学实践、教学效果评估等方面对薪酬管理课程进行教学改革。
Payroll management is one of the core courses of human resource management major. It plays a decisive role in constructing the theoretical system of students, accumulating professional qualities, training operational capabilities and carrying out future practical work. In order to effectively solve the main problems existing in the teaching of the current curriculum, such as the single teaching method, the insufficient teaching practice and the imperfect after-class tracking feedback mechanism, this paper combines the teaching practice of the salary management curriculum to design a questionnaire and through the distribution , Reclaims, organizes and analyzes the questionnaires, and proposes to reform the teaching of salary management course from aspects of teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching practice and evaluation of teaching effects.
