The SDS-PAGE technique was used to analyze the protein components of Bungarus multicinctus multicinctus and its adulterated Natrix annularis. The results showed that there were significant differences in their SDS-PAGE patterns, and therefore the The molecular weight of the protein components of the two proteins was determined, providing a basis for the identification of the snakes.
