数控机床已经成为现代化生产线上必不可少的加工设备,控制系统硬件由成千上万只元器件组成,软件也错综复杂,如何用好、维修好这些数控备,保证企业生产的顺利进行,就显得非常重要;这就要求我们技术人员不断的学习,认真对每次维修进行总结,多动脑分析,进行经验积累。即先用所学理论导实践,再从实践中总结经验来修正、补充我们的理论;因此,故障分析就非常重要。
