目的 :观察“宽焦斑 低压力”电磁式体外冲击波碎石术 (ESWL)治疗肾、输尿管结石的疗效及并发症。方法 :B超定位 ,应用CS 2 0 1 2A型碎石机“宽焦斑 低压力”治疗泌尿系结石 5 2 5例 ,工作电压 6 .5～ 9.0kV ,平均冲击剂量 (1 2 91± 1 90 )次。结果 :一次碎石后排净率 5 1 .5 %,3个月后总排净率 85 .8%,碎石成功率 97.9%,无严重副反应发生。结论 :“宽焦斑 低压力”电磁式体外冲击波碎石机治疗泌尿系结石安全性大 ,疗效满意
Objective: To observe the curative effect and complications of “wide focal spot low pressure” electromagnetic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in the treatment of renal and ureteral calculi. Methods: B-ultrasonography was performed. CS 2 0 1 2 A lithotripter was used to treat 525 cases of urinary calculi with a working voltage of 6.5 ~ 9.0 kV and an average impact dose of 1291 ± 1 90) times. Results: The net rejection rate was 5.15% after one crushing. After three months, the total net discharge rate was 85.8% and the gravel success rate was 97.9%. No serious side reaction occurred. Conclusion: “Wide focal spot low pressure” electromagnetic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is safe and effective in treating urolithiasis
